Tracey McKoy of Oklahoma City has her dog to thank after he chased a burglar right out of their house.
The burglar walked right into their home by opening the unlocked door. He was greeted by McKoy’s giant Great Dane, Dubai, who seemed friendly at first.

The home intruder began petting Dubai, who happily accepted the pets.
But when McKoy walked into the room and saw the stranger in her home, everything changed.
As soon as she began screaming, Dubai’s friendliness quickly diminished as he went into attack mode to protect his human.

Her screaming indicated to Dubai that something was wrong and that this was a bad man who didn’t belong there.
He immediately lunged at the burglar and jumped up on him, trying to get to his face. The man quickly ran out of the house to get away from the big dog.

The man was later found and arrested.
McKoy is now thanking Dubai for protecting her and their home and hailing him as a hero!
