Even as a 3-year-old, little Hadley is a very self-assured and determined girl. One of her favorite pastimes is hanging out with her big dog, Gauge.
Whenever she is with Gauge, she always manages to find new ways to play with her furry buddy!

One day, Hadley decides to play a proper “dog trainer” to her already obedient dog!
She grabs some doggie treats from the kitchen and tells her parents that she is going to train Gauge to “shake hands and give paw”.
Her parents instantly grab the camera as they know they are in for a sight!

As Hadley begins “training” Gauge to give the paw, the clueless dog simply stares at her blankly.
Poor Hadley realizes her training isn’t quite effective, and proceeds to lift her pooch’s paw with her own 2 hands!
After she manually makes Gauge “give paw”, Hadley hilariously screams “good boy” and rewards her dog with a treat!
Gauge’s face instantly lights up on being called a “good boy” by his favorite human!

Finally, Gauge understands his sister’s earnest struggle and decides to play along with her training to make sure he doesn’t break her heart. Aww!
Hadley is a lucky girl to have such a thoughtful doggie brother by her side!
