Mama Basset Hound Bullseye is a fantastic mother.
She growls softly as the pup’s grand-dog, Noble desperately wants to meet the puppies, but Noble knows mama means business so he doesn’t come any closer to the brood.
The puppies play and stay close to her and eventually they get hungry and start to nurse as she steadfastly watches over them.
Even when one feisty pup gets under the bed briefly, she never waivers in her motherly duties and eventually the wayward pup joins the others in their dinner after a fit of a snuggle at mom’s head.
