Billy is a tiny pup who was thrown into a garbage container by a heartless person.
The area was getting a heat wave with temperatures in the triple digits, and poor little Billy was being cooked alive in that container.

When he was finally found, Good Samaritans tried to cool him down with water while they looked for help.
Thankfully, Viktor Larkhill and his team of rescuers stepped up to save Billy’s life.

“It brought tears to our eyes when we saw the video, imagining Billy’s desperate attempts to hold on to life,” Larkhill wrote.
When Billy arrived at their clinic, he was in such bad shape that he couldn’t even stand or move at all. In addition to heat stroke, he also suffered with parvovirus, which could be fatal in itself.

He was treated for his ailments and cared for ’round the clock by an amazing team of veterinarians and techs. After weeks of healing, Billy was a whole new dog!
He was even adopted by a loving family, who will spoil him for the rest of his life.
