Loyal Dog Joins His Human In Heaven After Being Tragically Killed In A Hit-And-Run

Animal lovers the world over are devastated after a recent hit-and-run tragically killed Buboy, a faithful gray Aspin stray. Buboy had gone viral as the Philippine “Hachiko”, after he earnestly waited for 2 weeks at the doors of the classroom of the professor who was his longtime caretaker.

Buboy had the habit of visiting Professor Carmelito Marcelo’s class for the past 4 years. The professor loved Buboy dearly and would often snack together with him. However, a stroke led to the 58-year-old’s untimely demise, leaving the oblivious Buboy orphaned and helpless once again.

In a heartbreaking viral video, an anxious Buboy is seen desperately pawing at the door of the professor’s classroom, hoping to see him. The students pity him and take him to the church to bid farewell to the professor. The poor dog breaks down in inconsolable whimpers once he sees the casket and realizes that his best buddy is gone forever.

We feel that Buboy went way before his time, and we truly hope that he has happily reunited with his dad in the afterlife. Our tears won’t stop today. Goodbye, sweet Buboy.
