#34 Belgian Malinois – 10 Years
The Belgian Malinois has a regal look about it, with an equally important job that it was bred for. These dogs in particular are often bred and used as detection dogs, with a strong sense of smell that can sniff out explosive and narcotics.
Though, the Belgian Malinois only has a life expectancy of 10-12 years, and so when they are past their prime as detection dogs, make great family pets. A retired Belgian Malinois will add energy and affection to your life, as this breed is intelligent and friendly.
They’re not bred or known to be aggressive, though they are extremely high energy and do well with both consistent training and daily exercise.

#4 Landseer is not a breed, it’s a color of Newfoundland.
