#24 English Foxhound – 10 Years
The English Foxhound is one of four foxhound breeds, and it was of course bred to hunt foxes. They tend to be pack animals, which means that the English Foxhound gets along well with other dogs, and is in fact happier when surrounded by a pack – even if that pack is a family of humans.
They’re very social dogs, and they get along well with other animals, not having been known to cause problems with horses, smaller pets or children. They’re incredibly social and docile dogs. Their 10 year life expectancy doesn’t seem to stem from any breed specific problems, as they tend to be a generally healthy kind of dog.

#4 Landseer is not a breed, it’s a color of Newfoundland.
