#41 Basset Hound – 10 years

The Basset Hound is an extremely popular dog because it looks so cute – long floppy ears, a sweet face and sad eyes. It is known for having a strong sense of smell, making it an excellent hunter and tracker. And thanks to its short, stubby legs, it can stay close to the ground, letting it pick up scent quickly.
Unfortunately though, the Basset Hound is prone to all kinds of health issues including elbow dysplasia, Willebrand’s disease (a bleeding disorder) and glaucoma.
It has a 10 year life expectancy.

How ridiculous you have to go to next page after only one post. Well my pug was three months shirt if 18 years wen he passed
