A blizzard is not a good time for any animal to be outside. While pets are safely cuddled in their warm homes, stray animals have a hard time surviving in the face of this extreme weather.

In this video, we see a stray cat struggling to keep herself warm in the snowy downpour. There is a fresh layer of snow from the blizzard, and the poor cat looks for a cozy corner without any luck. However, an empathetic pet dog has noticed the cat’s plight and decides to swoop in to save her.
The pet dog has a cushy kennel of his own, so he plans to bring the cat inside and share his comfy blankets with her. With such an ideal plan, he feels nothing could go wrong! He nonchalantly grabs the cat in his mouth and starts dragging her along the snow.

But the skittish cat is caught off-guard and thinks that the dog is attacking her! She goes into fight-mode and tries to get the dog off her. Poor dog endures the cat’s blows but keeps pulling her through the snow with single-minded dedication.

Thankfully, the cat realizes the dog’s noble plan when she arrives at the kennel. She gratefully enters his warm doghouse and the dog follows her too. Now that the cat is finally safe, the dog sports a satisfactory grin to celebrate his successful rescue mission!
