13. The Norwegian lundehund (also known as the Norwegian puffin dog) usually has six toes on each paw — which is two more than the standard four toes that most dogs have!
The Norwegian lundehund is not the only breed of dog around that has the distinction of this cool extra toe. The Great Pyrenees breed also has six toes. In fact, when it comes to dog shows, judges check these breeds to make sure that it has the sixth toe! Strange but true.
