A woman was sickened to the core after witnessing a disturbing act of animal cruelty outside a local primary school.
60-year-old Julie Bell was driving to work early in the morning when she spotted a man “kicking the railings”. But when she got closer, she realized he was actually kicking his dog around “like a football”.

The dog had nowhere to escape as his owner kept smashing him into the iron bars. The poor thing squealed and cowered in agony but the abuser had zero mercy.
What’s worse is that all of this happened in front of impressionable little children waiting at the bus stop outside school.

Julie pulled over and blasted her horn to get the guy to stop, but he kept torturing his dog. He eventually realized Julie’s presence and began hurling nasty abuses at the elderly woman. He then aggressively yanked the dog away and disappeared from the scene.

Julie was moved to tears post this unsettling incident, and she immediately reported it to the cops. The case is now being handled by the RSPCA, but the man is yet to be identified.
Meanwhile, Julie and the other disgusted members of the community are on a mission to locate the victim dog and get him re-homed before it’s too late.
