Larry the dog was no longer wanted by the only family he knew. The family at least did the responsible thing by taking poor Larry to the local animal shelter in Fayette County, Texas.
However, Larry had no idea why he was no longer wanted and why he was dropped off at the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter. All he knew is his heart was broken, and his family was nowhere in sight.

Somehow, Larry devised a plan, and he managed to escape from the shelter. With all his might, he ran back to where he came from. He missed his owners and did the only thing he could to find them.
He found his way back home. Sadly, when his former family saw poor Larry had found his way home, they again drove him back to the shelter and left him there for a second time.
The shelter hopes someone will find it in their hearts to give Larry a second chance, as he just wants to give and receive love.
They took to Facebook and wrote, “Larry is such a sweet boy who deserves a loving home. Please stop by to meet our angel. He would absolutely love to meet you.”
