A horribly injured street dog had crawled into a strangers house and hid below the stairs, waiting to die.
Animal Aid Unlimited, an India-based rescue organization, was called in and they rushed over to rescue the dog.
Little did they know what would greet them was nothing short of a horror scene.
The poor dog had an incredibly large wound on his neck and several other wounds on his body. If they wanted to save this dog, they had to rush him to receive medical care immediately.
Even in his injured and scared state, the dog was very trusting and knew he was in good hands. What followed was six weeks of dedicated treatment and care for the dog. They named him Jupiter.
Slowly, he recovered from his horrific injuries. Even the local people who lived near the organization would come over to comfort Jupiter and help feed him.
After six weeks, Jupiter is now healthy and loves to play in the organization’s yard. He’s made new friends too and watching him smile makes all the effort seem worthwhile.
