Imagine if you were made to sit in a cage that didn’t give you enough room to move around or stretch out. Not fun, right? Containing your dog to a kennel that doesn’t adequately fit their size and weight is not fun for them, either.
If you need to crate or kennel your dog, make sure that you get a kennel that is big enough for your dog to move around and stretch out, stand up and lay down. Confining your dog to a kennel that’s too small can stress them out, and make it almost impossible for you to adequately train them to go into the kennel when you need them to.
